Cancellation Policy
We value your time and strive to provide the best experience for every client. To ensure fairness and availability for all, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below:
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice may also be subject to the same fee.
